How much do you know about the most famous person in world history?

“In Jesus was life, and that life was the light of all mankind.” So writes John in his eye-witness account of the life of Jesus. Throughout this account Jesus provokes a response to his massive claims. Join us as we meet to explore together those claims togther. We meet fortnightly on Monday evenings, 8-9.30pm, at Black Horse Cottage, Manor Road. All are very welcome.  Download an invitation from here.

Redeeming Capitalism

Ken Barnes returned to Towersey recently to talk about his latest book: Redeeming Capitalism. He spoke with his usual passion and clarity about the morality of the economic decisions we take as individuals and as a society. His message was provocative and challenging - yet ultimately optimistic. Capitalism can be redeemed, he argued, but it will require the Christian values of faith, hope and love. You can pre-order the book from Amazon with this link.
